How To Welcome New PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate)

You are new to SFI and has just sponsored new PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) but not sure what to do. In this post I am going to show New Affiliates how to welcome their own new PSAs.

Step 1: New Affiliate Greeting
A special message you can set up to greet your new personally sponsored affiliates logging into the SFI Affiliate Center for the first time. 

1. Go to New PSA Greeting manager.
2. Copy and paste the following greeting in the message box. 
3. Make sure to change your Name and Email Address and click the Save button.

Welcome to SFI, ~firstname~!

I am your SFI sponsor and I am so pleased you have joined my team here at SFI! I'm here to help and support you in building your SFI business. I'm successful ONLY if the affiliates on my team are successful, so please don't hesitate to contact me for any assistance you might need.

1. Verify your email address
2. Whitelist SFI and upline team members
3. Answer Account Profile Basics questions
4. Upload your account photo
5. Send commitment letter to upline leaders

Step 2: Send Welcome E-Card 
The best way to Welcome your new PSA is via E-Card.

1. You will receive an email and Team Mail whenever you have sponsored a new PSA. Click the link to the PSA Affiliate Snapshot. 
   
2. At the PSA Affiliate Snapshot page click the Icebreaker(handshake) icon and E-Card(arrow) icon.
   
3. Select the Welcome E-Card and click the INITIATE button.
4. Choose the E-Card you want to send then copy and paste the following message in the Content Box, click the 'I Agree' button and Send Message button.

The most important is to regularly keep in contact and follow-ups with your PSAs. You can use this Sample Letters and there are various Communication Tools you can choose to get in touch with your PSAs.
