"The secret of success is to do the common things uncommonly well,"
John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
If you have not achieved any success with your Internet business yet, don't give up and be discouraged...it's often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock.
To develop good profitable habits, we suggest you follow a simple weekly pattern of actions that will enable you to constantly improve your Internet marketing skills.
This will depend on how much time you have to do your Internet business - 30 minutes to an hour per day that will steadily enable you to build a successful Internet business.
Of course, you will want to adjust the schedule to your preferences (when you like to do) or adapt the plan for your marketing preferences (what you like to do).
For instance, you might not like to spend too much time on traffic exchanges and prefer contributing more to forums instead.
That's okay. So, you do traffic exchanges together with classified ads...and devote an extra day to forums. The important thing point is to have a weekly plan of habits that YOU can commit to and then stick with them until you achieve your goals.
Remember, interruptions and unexpected events are sure to demolish your plans. Don't be discouraged and give up.
The key to success is, in the words of management consultant Peter Drucker, to schedule time "in large chunks."
Allocate blocks of time to the one or two really important things you must get done during the day or night, and leave plenty of unscheduled time for phone calls, visitors, family members, emergencies, etc.
For all marketing aids and resources, you can find them in the Marketing Center at your SFI Affiliate Center.
Note:
The activities listed here is for FREE marketing methods. Other PAID marketing methods or activities are not included in this plan. You can adapt this weekly plan when you start to use other marketing methods for your business.
Here's an example of a weekly schedule:
Day 1 - Post more classified ads.
Day 2 - View ads at traffic exchanges.
Day 3 - Contribute to forums.
Day 4 - Add new posts to your blogs.
Day 5 - Write and submit articles.
Day 6 - Update social networking sites pertaining to your business.
Day 7 - Take the day off. Dream and review your goals, relax and enjoy yourself.
Daily activity: Read your e-mails, do your Daily-To-Do lists, send out E-cards and browse around in the SFI Affiliate Center. Don't forget your off-line methods, you can do them at any time when the opportunity arises.
Do this and you'll be doing what people who fail never do.
You'll be doing what takes to succeed and win.
Develop your profitable habits beginning today.
