The first part is Direct Commissions.
The second part Rewardical Tokens, because they can be redeemed for cash or TC, and therefore, it is compensation.
The reason behind the model, plan and system is to build a residual income. And to do that, we need repeat customers. Those who will come back at least month after month and make a purchase.
Our best chance for getting repeat customers is to have active PSA's. We can give them the opportunity to have their own home based business. And earn extra income for themselves, and then they can help others do the same.
Our work is to use the model, refer people as PSA's and share the model with them.

Here's a simple MAP (minimum action plan) only 3 simple steps to follow and duplicate.
MAP (Minimum Action Plan):
1. Maintain at least Level 10 Silver Builder.
2. Collect Rewardicals(RW) as many as possible.
3. Sponsor new PSAs and teach them to duplicate these 3 steps.
Just follow these three steps and you can't go wrong!
Then, when you're ready, make a commitment to advance ALL the way from Level 20 Triple Diamond (the highest and most prestigious rank in SFI).
